I live in VA and have WV tax computed before doing VA Tax. VA just reviewed my 2019 return and found TurboTax incorrectly computed taxable income credit. I owe $688?

I pay WV tax first. VA says VA taxable income was computed using WV's state allocation percentage; it was not calculated using VA rules.  I trusted TurboTax, but the program apparently has faulty code.
