I am pretty frustrated with the utter lack of support with Intuit. Just spoke to Apple Senior Tech Support and they said this issue has been going on since February and everyone is waiting for Intuit to fix the issue. I get through to the point where it says "Get Started" and then it crashes. Intuit is in a race with Microsoft and Adobe to see who can charge the most for crappy software and give the least support. My vote including issues with Quickbooks For Mac Desktop is for Intuit.
