Basically you need any 1099-NEC or 1099-MISC forms that you received. You also need a record of any income you received that was not reported on a 1099, and a detailed record of all your business expenses.
If you made a payment with your extension, you need a record of the amount of the payment. You do not need the actual extension form.
You need the same information no matter what TurboTax option you choose.
