Why can't I save created K1s as a PDF?

Some TurboTax Business customers may be experiencing an error when completing the following:

When saving created K1s as a PDF from the "Distribute K1s" section, the following error appears, "We could not save your PDF file to "location"."

  1.  Check that the file name is valid and that there isn't a file with the same name already open in another application.
  2. Make sure you have write access to the selected location.
