Why can't I save created K1s as a PDF?

Some TurboTax Business customers may be experiencing an error when completing the following:
When saving created K1s as a PDF from the "Distribute K1s" section, the following error appears, "We could not save your PDF file to "location"."
- Check that the file name is valid and that there isn't a file with the same name already open in another application.
- Make sure you have write access to the selected location.
