Why am I receiving an Install Error code for Data1.cab?

Some TurboTax Desktop customers may be experiencing an error when installing TurboTax 2023. The error message says: "The file cannot be installed because the file cannot be found in cabinet file 'Data1.cab.' This could indicate a network error, an error reading from the CD-ROM, or a problem with this package.”
