How do I delete my account?

When you request to delete the data from all of the offerings you use with your Intuit Account, your Intuit Account will be permanently deleted.
This means all of the data associated with your account, offerings, and any shared services or apps you use with your account will be deleted. You’ll also no longer be able to sign in to Intuit using that account’s user ID and password.
You do have the option to choose which product data you want to delete. When you send a request to delete your data from your Intuit Account, you will see the option to select specific products.
Here's how it works:
- Sign in to the Intuit Account Manager.
- Select Data privacy.
- Select Delete.
- Select Make a delete request and follow the instructions. You'll be able to choose the account and product data you would like to delete.
ProSeries users only:
- Go to http://myproconnect.intuit.com/
- Sign into your account
- On the left menu, select Account and then Account Details
- You will be navigated to the Intuit Account Settings view
- On the left menu select the Data privacy link
- Select Continue next to Delete your Intuit data
- Follow the rest of the instructions on the screen to submit a delete request.
Alternative ProSeries instructions:
- Go to https://proconnect.intuit.com/
- Select Sign in
- Select ProSeries from the menu
- Sign in to your account
- On the left menu, select Account and then Account Details
- On the Settings section of the page select the Edit link
- You will be navigated to the Intuit Account Settings view
- On the left menu select the Data privacy link
- Select Continue next to Delete your Intuit data
- Follow the rest of the instructions on the screen to submit a delete request.
ProSeries non-account instructions:
- On the ProSeries sign in form, select the US Privacy Statement link
- You will be directed to the Intuit Privacy and Security Page (https://www.intuit.com/privacy/)
- Scroll to the bottom and select Manage your data
- You can identify yourself by filling out the form. Follow the rest of the instructions on the screen to submit a delete request.
- If you know your login information follow the Alternative ProSeries instructions
