How do I fix Coinbase learning rewards transactions that are stuck in Needs review?

If you have Coinbase learning rewards transactions in Needs review:
Use your Coinbase account or transaction CSVs to identify the Coinbase learning rewards transactions.
Edit the transactions in Needs review.
If you have only one transaction, select the pencil icon next to the transaction. This will take you to the screen where you can edit the transaction type.
If you have more than one transaction, check the box to the left of the transactions. This will allow you to edit multiple transactions at once.
For Coinbase learning rewards transactions, select Reward as the transaction type.
Select Save Changes.
Once you clear all of the transactions in Needs review, select Continue.
