LLC for property

Hello,

Is it advantageous to establish an LLC for my properties? One is a rental (paid off) and one is a second home. Curious what the tax implications/advantages may be vs. taking rental income as an individual. I am currently employed FT. 

 

Also, if I register these under an LLC will it be harder for the spam texter and callers to find/reach me? I think it's worth it for that potential alone! 🙂
