As to your question, I have no idea where TurboTax is pulling the name from but my guess is when you log into your account it will pull the name from your 2021 return because you are in the 2021 tax year still. My thoughts are that when you begin your 2022 return and have your new name entered into the personal information section that it will then begin using that new name.
If I can assume that you have already filed your 2021 return with your previous name, then something you could try is changing the name in the personal info section of the 2021 return, but don't change anything else. If that works, you could verify whether or not your filed return still has your previous name when you download and view it. If so, no harm, no foul and you are good to go.
