number of times of IRA conversions within a year

HI,

Is there a limit in the number of ROTH IRA conversions per year?

And if the number depends on income level?

Does it count as two conversions if there is a 401K to ROTH IRA conversion and

a traditional IRA to ROTH IRA conversion in the same tax year?
