I purchase season tickets of $15,000.00 and resell $10,000.00 (use 5,000.00).
will my taxable income increase by $10,000.00 as reported on 1099-k from Ticketmasrer?

Losses from the sale of personal-use property, such as your home or car or Seasonal tickets, aren't tax deductible.

However, hold onto your 1099-k to report the basis you purchased the tickets to show you didn't make a $10k gain.
