Never received SSA1099 even when requested

Never received SSA1099. filed online request. After waiting 7 weeks, still didn't receive. Called SS and was told I don't have one and will not get one.  All the money ($2200)from SS went directly to Medicare. So where do I input this money on my taxes or do I disregard it on my tax forms?   Help, this is the 5th time I've reached out to Turbo without any response.  This issue is the only thing preventing me from filing. I'm using Turbo Tax Premier.

It depends.

If they did not issue you a SSA-1099, it may be because you received Supplemental Security Income (SSI).

If this is not your situation, please see the link below.  You can sign into your Social Security account and request a replacement form if you believe you should have received a Form SSA-1099.

If you determine you were not issued a form, you would not need to report anything in regards to the Social Security benefits.
