Have never had a FedX credit card but you keep showing it.
Where, exactly, are you seeing this displayed?
The regular Intuit credit report. The FedX credit card balance and $95 monthly payment has been included all year On each report. I see no $95 payment from any of my possible financial sources.
Have you tried getting your free credit reports from the site below?

If there is an inaccuracy, you may need to file a dispute.
