Credit cards
Based on your obscure question on a charge and the answer from the other commenter, I gather you are questioning an amount charge for service because of you not reading the full lines of whatever order being charged. You have to stop and read this before pressing the purchase button. At this point, you need to do two things, first, contact the site you did the charge at for a record of the billing and review it thoroughly. Second, if you realize that you, personally, did not do this charge, then contact your account from which the charge was done to remove/credit/debit the amount. But don't do the second part if you did the purchase but are arguing the amount because you feel it was the wrong amount. That credit has to come from the place you made the purchase only, and that will only occur if you didn't receive what was purchased along with any service charges. If this is a purchase that can't be returned once purchased, you will have to accept that fact, but you can get a detailed explanation of how they arrived at the amount. Go back to the site and look for a way to contact. There's always a way to contact--email, call, chat, mail.
