My credit card is not on my credit score
I’ve had an Apple credit card for a couple months now but it is not on my credit report. The hard inquiry from applying for it showed up on my credit report almost immediately. Why would the inquiry be there but not the credit card? And how can I get the card added?

Credit score
Creditors are not required to report credit card accounts on your credit reports. However, that would be rather unlikely in most cases; it could be that the creditor is simply slow in reporting your account and, as a result, you might want to give it an extra month or so.
Regardless, do not necessarily look for "Apple" on your credit report since the card is issued by Goldman Sachs Bank USA (or Green Dot Bank in the case of an Apple Cash card).

Credit score
I contacted the Apple Card support about this same issue with mine in October. They told me that were not currently reporting to credit bureaus but that they would be by the end of the year.
