Tax help for military filers

It depends if you moved back to PA.  If after you left the service you returned to PA, you will pay PA tax on your remaining income for the year.  If, however, you left the military and took up residency in a new state, you have become a resident of that state and file a part-year resident return with that state.  Pennsylvania does not tax any income you earned if you have in essence moved from PA.
