I cashed out an inherited IRA as a death beneficiary, and I am stuck on the "pension and Retirement Exclusion" section of my Delaware state filing.
I am eligible for the exclusion due to death and it shows two boxes: "all sources" and "delaware source". I cannot tell what numbers I need to put in what box.
