Regarding my Roth/ 401 Retirement. Do I enter the amounts stated on my W-2 box 12D , into the 'Traditional and Roths Contributions' Section?

Retirement tax questions
No, entering the information as shown on your W-2 is all you need to do with regard to contributions to a retirement plan made through your employer.
You would only enter Traditional or Roth IRA contributions that you made on your own into the IRA section of your return.
