Can i claim my father(green hard holder) as my dependent if he receives retirement about $400 per month from other country?.i support him for the most part.

Retirement tax questions
You can claim your father as long as he meets ALL the requirements to be claimed as a Qualifying Relative. If received more than $4,050 in 2017 (which he did if he received $400 per month for the whole year), you cannot claim him as a dependent.
