Could I use the E-Z form of I have an IRA early withdrawal and W-2G forms?

I was unemployed all of last year.  I did not file for or receive unemployment compensation.  I had a small early withdrawal from an IRA account and $2,000 in W-2G gambling winnings.  Can I  use the  E-Z form? Thanks

No. The IRS 1040EZ does not support gambling winnings or IRA distributions. Click the screenshot below for the requirements to use a Form 1040EZ.
