I have every W-2 except one from a staffing agency that hired me later this year in which I received the W-2 from the actual company should I still file without it?

Retirement tax questions
Perhaps the company you worked at had an agreement with the staffing company that they would issue the W-2s.
If you have w-2s for all the work you did in 2017, then go ahead and file.
