Should my parent (already filed taxes) have reported distribution from my educ savings account (used for study abroad tuition) as reported on 1099-Q which I received?

If your parents claim you, they should enter the 1099-Q and 1098-T into their TurboTax program so that it can make the calculations to determine if any of the distribution is taxable.
If any of the distribution IS taxable, the income is claimed by the person that was issued the 1099-Q. (account owner or student)
