I contribute to a Roth 403b with AFTER tax dollars. Can I deduct this somehow?

Retirement tax questions

No. The whole point of a Roth product is you contribute after-tax dollars, but your EARNINGS are 100% tax-free even when you withdraw them. (Most traditional retirement products give you a tax break now, but you pay taxes when you take the money out; not so with Roths.)
