Can I claime 2 of my married parents as dependent if they are retired and living in my house and getting only Social Sequrity income

Yes, you can claim them as dependents if you provided more than half of their support in 2018 and they earned less $4,150 (Social security benefits do not count as income)..
They can not file a joint return unless that return is only filed to get a full refund of tax withheld.
