On the page What did you do with the money, I just receive pension check each month, I do not roll it over or move it to another account. not sure which box to check
If you received the money and did anything else with it rather than roll it over into another retirement account, you would indicate that. If you get a monthly amount and you spend/save it, then you "did something else" with it.
