We receive kpers (ks). We now live in OK. The income from that retirement is taxed in OK or should I file this as KS income earned on our ks Return?

Retirement tax questions
Retirement income is taxed in your state of residence, where you receive it and not where you "earned" it.
If you are residents of OK, report this income on your OK return. Unless you have KS-source income (e.g. rental real estate, business income) you don't need to file a KS return.
