Do I have to report my rental property as income if I do not profit from it?
My home in Roy is a rental property. Do I have to report it If I don't make a profit?

Yes. You must report your rental income regardless if it is profitable or not.
You may be able to offset your other income (if any) by a portion, or all, of your rental activity loss...but not if you don't report it. This rental activity is input on Schedule E of the Form 1040. You can type in "schedule e" in the search box in the upper right hand corner of your screen (while logged into your tax return) and Turbo Tax will guide you through entering your rental income and expenses.
