Georgia State Taxes, over 65. It allocated capital gains between Taxpayer and spouse, but not Dividends and interest, even though it is a joint account. How do I correct?

When you input your 1099-Div's and 1099-INT's you can specify it it's taxpayer, spouse or joint. Putting that information and the fact that it's a GA return transfesr the correct amount into the Income and retirement worksheet for Georgia and then shows the correct retirement exclusion for one or both of you if you are both over 62.
