You will need to enter your dividends as if you received a 1099DIV.   Enter 1099div in the search box at the top of the page and then click the Jump to link.  To enter foreign tax paid on your dividends, check the box My form has info in more than just these boxes on the screen where you enter your dividend total and enter the foreign tax on the dividends in Box 7.

Don't forget to convert to US dollars.
