Received 1099Q, but no 1098T. how do I show tuition costs to offset 1099Q distributions?

You do not have to report a 1099Q if it was used to pay education expenses only and no portion was for room & board which may then be taxable income. Just don't enter a 1099Q nor a 1098T...
