I have 2 Forms Of 1098E, The 1st form is interest I paid. The 2nd form I consolidated my student loans, its the interest they paid. Do I include this?

You can only deduct the student loan interest if you actually paid the interest and the loan is in your name or you are the co-signer.

Q. The 2nd form I consolidated my student loans, its the interest they paid. Do I include this?
A. Yes. You effectively paid that interest because it was added to you loan balance. The proof is that you got a form 1098-E for it.
