I am the student with F-1 Visa and a resident tax payer. My parents support my tuition expense. Am I eligible to claim for education credit?

Education
It depends. Since you are claiming as a resident, you may be able to claim education credits if your parents don't claim you as a dependent. The fact that they pay the expenses does not matter since they are being paid with out-of-pocket (taxable) funds instead of scholarships and grants (nontaxable funds).
