The input for the 529 plan deduction is in the state interview questions under the screen titled "Do you have any Personal Adjustments?".  There is a list of various items there, with one titled "College Savings or Advisor 529 Plan".  When you indicate "yes" to this question, the next screen will allow asking for specific input.
