You can enter multiple mortgages in TurboTax. It is deductible for a Personal residence and a 2nd home.

Go to Deductions and Credits section,

Then to "Your Home"

then the first one down is Mortgage Interest, Refinancing, and Insurance.

when you click on this, towards the bottom you will see "Add a Lender"
