Child's father responsible for insurance
I have the right to clamim her. But I am getting charged a fee. How do I fix this?

If she is covered by any insurance you should put on there that she is covered. That will take off any fees for lack of insurance.

She is not covered by her father. It's his responsibility, but he has not gotten it for her yet..I could put that she's covered to avoid the fee myself, but I don't want to "commit fraud" by saying she's covered.

Oh I am very sorry for the misunderstanding.
The person responsible for providing insurance is not how the fee is figured, because it's a tax, it's figured by who is claiming the child. So there's not much of a way around that one.

There is a court order saying I claim her on taxes, and he is responsible for paying her insurance. How is there no way around it??
