Property tax when married and filing seperately
If I am married, but filing separately from my wife. We would not both claim the property tax and mortgage interest on both returns correct? I am thinking only one can claim.

Deductions & credits
One person can take the total amounts as a deduction, or you could split the amounts equally between the two of you.
