You will report your property tax and interest under the Deductions & Credits tab in TurboTax Deluxe select I'll choose what I work on.  In the Your Home section select start on the Property taxes, mortgage interest, home refinance energy improvements.  Answer yes to do you own a home on the next page select Add Another Lender follow the prompts to enter your property taxes and interest.
