Because of the 1099 and contractor income, you will want to use either TurboTax Self-Employed (online version) or TurboTax Home and Biz (desktop version). Either of these will handle your situation; you will need a Schedule C for the business/contractor reporting. They are the same program but one if for Online and the other is for the desktop. TurboxTax Home and Biz includes all forms required for reporting income earned from working overseas?

Try typing in ''foreign income'' in the search bar. Then use the ''Jump to'' link to get to where you enter it. 😉

for partnership with foreign company, is it ok to use TurboxTax Home and Biz or TurboxTax Business reporting partnership along with W-2, 1099?

You can use Home and Biz if you have a W-2, 1099, or K-1 FROM a partnership for your personal taxes (Form 1040). TT Business is used by the owners to prepare partnership returns (1065). The partnership issues K-1s and you enter the K-1 on your personal return (1040). TT Business does not handle personal income.
