Because of the 1099 and contractor income, you will want to use either TurboTax Self-Employed (online version) or TurboTax Home and Biz (desktop version).  Either of these will handle your situation; you will need a Schedule C for the business/contractor reporting.  They are the same program but one if for Online and the other is for the desktop.  See the article below that explains the difference.  https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/4883581

Yes, you can report foreign income using Home and Biz.

I did not find any places in TurboxTax Home and Biz to fill in income earned from working overseas, any advises?

Try typing in ''foreign income'' in the search bar.  Then use the ''Jump to'' link to get to where you enter it.  😉

for partnership with foreign company, is it ok to use TurboxTax Home and Biz or TurboxTax Business reporting partnership along with W-2, 1099?

You can use Home and Biz if you have a W-2, 1099, or K-1 FROM a partnership for your personal taxes (Form 1040).     TT Business is used by the owners to prepare partnership returns (1065).  The partnership issues K-1s and you enter the K-1 on your personal return (1040).   TT Business does not handle personal income.
