How and where can I add a second Nationwide annuity?

I have entered one Nationwide annuity. Add button takes me back to importing that is already done. So how can I add the second annuity?

Deductions & credits

To add your second annuity, go to:

  • Federal Taxes
  • Wages & Income
  • Retirement Plans and Social Security
  • IRA, 401(k), Pension Plans (1099-R)

From here, you can either import the second one, or go to the bottom of the page and select ''I'll type it in myself". Enter your annuity info on the following screens.  See my screen image below.  If you need to add more forms, there is a button that says  +Add another 1099-R.
