I paid personal property taxes for 2015 but did not claim them on last years taxes. Can I claim them this year as well as my 2016 personal property taxes?

No, you cannot claim property taxes paid in 2015 on your 2016 tax return.

To claim these property taxes for 2015, you'll need to amend your 2015 return.
