Expect your refund to be placed into your account by the 18th of February. Some banks may also need time for the deposit to post.

I just looked up our transcript and it has a process date of Mar 04...does that mean we won’t get our refund until then?

That's the most accurate date for you to expect the refund to hit your bank account.
