Please be aware if your child is under 19 (or 24 for full-time students) and meets the other requirements to be a qualifying child then the income of more than $5000 does not disqualify the child to be your dependent. TurboTax will help you determine if the child qualifies as your dependent and if you qualify for the credits when you go through the questions. Please review the requirements:
