You should enter these businesses on two separate Schedules C.
After you've entered the first one, you can enter the second as follows:
- Click the Business tab
- Click Continue
- Click I'll choose what I work on
- Click Start (or Update) next to Business Income and Expenses
- Click the blue +Add another business
