My daugher attended 2 different schools in 2017. is there a way to submit expenses for multiple qualifiying schools under the same child's name?

Yes, if you're talking about Form 1098-T and claiming Education credits, you can report expenses for more than one school.
After you enter your first 1098-T you will see a screen: Did (Daughter's Name) Go to Another School in 2017? and you can enter your information.

Thanks. Sorry, I should have been more specific. This is on the Illinois state return. I was able to enter it on the Federal return.

I went ahead and added two lines with her name so that I could submit both tuition expenses separately. I didn't see any other way to do it.

That's the same thing that I did, and I was able to get the credit, and the review came back with no errors.
