SO this could take months for my tax to return to me?

Credit Karma debit card was the wrong decision. I have no clue who to talk to or what to ask anymore. It's
pointless calling you guys when I always get disconnected after spending 45 min waiting on the phone talking to an automated system.

I have several times. They said it is out of their hands. I need to wait for the IRS who are not excepting calls right now. Website only!!
