I'm a Flight Attendant that lives in Florida but based in NJ Should I say Yes that I made money in a state other than Florida?

Federal law 49 U.S.C. § 40116(f)(2) governs your situation. See the section titled "Pay of Air Carrier Employees" in this reference:

So you would answer Yes to the question about other state income if more than 50% of your income was earned in NJ.
