How do I get full refund of SUI/SDI/FLI taxes from NJ?
I'm working and residing in Texas. My employer wrongly tagged me to NJ and deducted taxes for UI, DI & FLI for a few months in 2019. I understand that I can file a non-resident return and get a refund on the NJ state tax, but how do I get a full refund of SUI/SDI/FLI taxes from NJ? What is the procedure? Appreciate your help.

State tax filing
According to this reference from the State of NJ, since only one employer was involved in your situation you must seek a refund of the incorrectly withheld SUI/SDI/FLI from that employer.
