Questions about Non resident alien tax return
Hi,
I am a married nonresident alien, with VISA B1/B2. My wife and I are not live in the US, we have one boy. I have a single-member LLC in WY, and I sell items on Amazon. I have an EIN for LLC and ITIN. Can I use turbo tax for tax return, and which forms for my tax return?
Thank you.

You indicated that you and your wife do not live in the US. Is that correct? If you do not live in the US, you cannot file a resident return with TurboTax.
If you do live in the US, please advise the date you first arrived in the US and how many US days of presence did you have in 2017, 2018 and 2019. Many thanks.

Yes, we do not live in the US. And do you know what forms do I need to file for tax return?
Thank you.

If you do not live in the US, you will need to file a nonresident alien (1040NR) tax return.
TurboTax does not support nonresident returns. However, TurboTax partners with Sprintax and they can help you file a nonresident return.
