State tax filing
Your resident state taxes all your income, regardless of where earned.
Your local resident municipality taxes all earned income (wages and self-employment, regardless of where earned.
Did CT withhold local taxes also?

State tax filing
CT did not. I went ahead and filled out the local with the CT income as well and owed a little, but rather that than mess up and pay down the road. Thank you!
