I am non-resident who filed 1040 instead of 1040nr. But, my tax hasn't been e-filed yet. It shows pending in turbotax. Is there any way I can cancel my e-filing?

After you file
No, once you hit submit, it is like dropping it in the mailbox. If your return is rejected, then you can just not re-submit it.
Either way, if you need to file a non-resident return, you will need to contact our partner site Sprintax.com. They specialize in the 1040NR and will be able to help you amend or file your return.
